We really wanted to echo the appreciation for the great work you did for us again. We’ve had time to use the master bathroom now, and a lot of the decisions have really paid off. The tub is deeper than the old one and feels just as large, the extra space for the cabinets is really useful, and it’s really transformed the space in an amazing way.

We also wanted to thank you for all the extra touches. The makeup stool, towels and accessories are fantastic and match the space really well. I don’t know how, but you managed to consistently choose designs that not only fit the space, but that we, most importantly my wife enjoys and would have picked out herself.

Thanks again, we couldn’t have done this remodel without you. We still remember the day we went to Great Floors to look at tile and just realized that we had no idea what we were doing or what we wanted. We’ve come a long way since that day!
Meredith completely redesigned 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen with island, desk and bar area in our 1960’s split level home. The existing kitchen was awkwardly laid out and bathrooms were quite small with very little room for storage. The new layouts not only provided extra room and storage (without moving walls), but we were also was able to drastically improve our kitchen storage and floor plan, accommodate double sinks in our master bathroom and all-glass shower enclosure. She managed all aspects of the design (from initial concept drawings to final construction plans and elevations, final cabinet design and selection, tile design, countertop selection and lighting design). She worked closely with us to select the final color palette and all materials, which really brought our home up to date.

We made a bad choice selecting our General Contractor (which we ended up firing and hiring another one with 2 months left to complete the project). She was absolutely critical in keeping the project moving forward at that time. Once the new team was hired, she met with them almost daily to ensure a smooth transition between the new trades, verified all his work and made him re-do work when needed.

Without a doubt Meredith was a “master conductor” of a very complex remodel. Without her guidance and expertise there is no way it would have come together so well.
We love our new kitchen!

We worked with Meredith on a complete, to the studs, remodel of our ‘70s era original kitchen. She helped us identify the key desired outcomes, i.e., better traffic flow, more working counter space and a modern appealing look within the limitation of a rather small footprint. We were guided by Meredith through the entire design process from general concept drawings to details for each shelf and drawer. She directed us to resources for the materials, appliances, counter tops, plumbing and light fixtures, drawer pulls, etc. and advised us on choices consistent with the overall design. The outcome, a beautiful and much more functional kitchen met our expectations in every detail. Meredith was professional, competent and enjoyable to work with.

Meredith is just fabulous. Her keen attention to detail, her remarkable style and her delightful personality make her a joy to work with. Meredith did a phenomenal job designing our kitchen - she listened carefully to what we wanted, thought about our family and our needs, and came up with a fantastic design that fits us perfectly. She has a great design sensibility and really thinks hard about how to implement a beautiful and functional design. But in addition to being a great designer, she has an incredible work ethic. She was always organized, efficient with her time, and went the extra mile to make sure our kitchen remodel went flawlessly. I absolutely LOVED working with Meredith - I can’t sing her praises enough!

Two years ago, my wife and I worked with Meredith to re-design our kitchen. We were happy with the basic outline, but after several years of the same thing we wanted a fresh approach with new fixtures, surfaces, appliances and cabinets. After visiting our home and listening to our preferences, Meredith went to work. Her suggestions were spot on. She joined us at the appliance store and asked the sales person the type of questions that really helped us narrow our choices. She met with us at the stone yard and helped choose a granite slab that really brought our cabinets to life. And she came to us with recommendations for a color palate that allowed the entire package to fit perfectly into the rest of our home. Throughout it all, she was patient, pleasant, easy to work with and very professional. She wouldn’t allow us to throw common sense out the window, but listened carefully to what we had to say and worked hard to make sure it was “our kitchen” when all was said and done. I would highly recommend Meredith for any design work you may be considering.
